Modi asked whether the property of the people of the country should be given to illegal immigrants. Modi also claimed that the Congress manifesto says that even women’s Mangalya Sutras will be confiscated and distributed to illegal immigrants. Congress and other India alliance leaders came out against the hate speech.
Congress spokesperson Pawan Khera said that if Hindu or Muslim is written in the Congress manifesto, Modi should show it. Pawan Khera said that people recognize Modi’s words that spread lies and hatred.
CPM politburo member Prakash Karat termed Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s controversial remark in Rajasthan as an attempt to create sectarianism. Such statements are due to disappointment after the first phase of polling. Prakash Karat said that he will file a complaint with the Rajasthan Police.
