A news has come from Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh that tarnishes the relationship between husband and wife. Here a man wanted to give dowry at his sister’s wedding, due to which his angry wife murdered him.

The incident is being reported from Sahari Majre Jharsawa village of Baddupur police station area on Tuesday night.

Police have arrested 5 people including the woman and her brother on charges of murder. There is an atmosphere of mourning in the village after the murder.

What is the whole matter?

Pooja, sister of 35-year-old Chandra Prakash Mishra, resident of Jharsawa village, was married on 26 April. He was engaged to be married and wanted to give his sister a TV and a gold ring as dowry.

Chandra Prakash’s wife Chhavi Mishra was opposing this. There was a lot of dispute between the two regarding this matter on Monday and they fought a lot on Tuesday morning also.

The fight escalated while setting up the pavilion on Tuesday evening.

Wife called brothers from mother’s house for murder

Police said that as the fight escalated on Tuesday evening, Chhavi called her brothers from Ramnagar located in Kadarabad police station area.

Chhavi’s brothers started beating Chandra Prakash as soon as they arrived. He beat his brother-in-law to death with sticks.

The police, who reached the spot after receiving information about the incident, took Chandra Prakash to the hospital, where he was declared dead. The police have arrested Chhavi and her brothers.
